Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

These General Terms apply to all prize draws and promotions (“Promotions”) run by LPS Heating & Plumbing.

Each individual Promotion may also include its own Specific Terms, which will be published on the relevant promotional page (e.g. mailing list giveaways, seasonal draws, or social media competitions).
Where there is a conflict between these General Terms and any Specific Terms, the Specific Terms will take precedence.

By entering any LPS Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and any applicable Specific Terms.

The promoter is:

• Open to UK residents aged 18 and over who live in the Yorkshire region.

• Entry is limited to one per person per draw.

• Entrants must be subscribed to the LPS Mailing List at the time of the draw.

• Employees of LPS, their immediate family, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible.

• Entrants must use their legal name and may not enter on behalf of any third party, group, or syndicate.

• Entry is automatic when you join the LPS Mailing List.

• No purchase is necessary.

• Entrants must have been a customer of LPS Heating & Plumbing or LPS Energy for a minimum of 14 days.

Monthly prizes include (but are not limited to):

• Exercise bands

• Exercise Skipping ropes

• Bosch drill bit set

• Cork yoga mat

• Multi-tool (age-restricted)

• Yeti thermos cup

• Cuddly companion

The bi-annual prize is a 12-month Gas Boiler Maintenance Plan, which includes an annual service, no call-out charges, and priority booking.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
LPS reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value.

12-month Gas Boiler Maintenance Plan Conditions

• Plan must be activated within 12 months of notification of winning the draw.
• Plan must be used by the winner and cannot be gifted or sold on.
• Plan must only to be used on boiler that has been serviced in the 12 months preceding the draw.

• Prizes can be collected from:
  LPS Showroom, 20 Otley Road, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 8AH

• Local delivery is available by arrangement.

• LPS is not responsible for items left outside unattended properties.

Age-Restricted Prizes:
Items like multi-tools (which contain a blade) must be collected in person and require proof of age 18+ (valid photo ID such as a passport or driver’s licence

• Winners are selected via a random draw from all eligible entries.

• For the monthly prizes, the draw will take place within 7 days of the first day of the month.

• For the bi-annual prize the draw with take place within 7 days of the beginning of May and November.

• Draws are conducted fairly and using a verifiable random process.

• Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.

• If a prize is not claimed within 14 days, LPS reserves the right to select a new winner.

In line with ASA regulations, LPS may publish or make available the surname and town/village of prize winners to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
If you object to this, please notify us when claiming your prize. We may still be required to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if requested.

Proof of Eligibility:
LPS reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or age before awarding any prize.

Data Protection:
Your personal data will be used only for administering the draw and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Names and towns may be used in winner announcements, unless you object at the time of claiming.

LPS reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Breach these terms or Specific Terms.

• Are incomplete or falsified.

• Involve multiple entries or use of automated systems.

• Are suspected of tampering or cheating.

LPS accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, disappointment, or injury suffered by any entrant or winner as a result of:

• entering the prize draw,

• being selected as a winner,

• accepting, collecting, or using any prize,

except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

LPS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend any prize draw and these terms without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media or online platform including, but not limited to:
Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, or Instagram.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to LPS Heating & Plumbing, not to any of these platforms, and you release all listed platforms from any liability related to this prize draw.

All decisions made by LPS Heating & Plumbing in relation to the prize draw are final.
No correspondence will be entered into.
